- Ten or more years consulting experience, often from the senior ranks.
- A proven track record of delivery, not merely a theoretical or academic knowledge
- Broad base of experience in information technology
- Strong business process orientation
- Superior management and communication skills
- Experience working in a variety of industries at mega corporations
- Expert knowledge in a particular industry or functional business area
- Methodology and process-savvy; most often trained/certified (i.e., PMP)
